Abbie says:“When I’m feeling anxious or worried I listen to some music that I really like or watch something on Netflix. It helps take my mind off what I’m worrying about.”

Unicorn118 says:“I go and play with my dog when I’m feeling anxious. He always makes me feel better. I start to feel calmer after a few minutes.”
